A bracket is used to mount the mixers on the wall, with a system that enables them to move up and down and rotate around the vertical axis. This means that the position of the mixers and the direction of flow can be adjusted at any time.
Entirely made of AISI 304 stainless steel to ensure extended product life.

The Slalom system is a rational and economic way to store slurry for use when required. The system includes a sluice gate and TBM mixer, making it possible to keep the slurry in circulation and avoid the formation of crusts. The sluice gate, available in either galvanized steel or stainless steel AISI 304, can accommodate TBM mixers from 5.5 to 18.5 kW.

The service box is used to mount the mixers on the concrete covers of digesters.
This solution is perfectly waterproof and can be used to move and rotate the mixer 225° while in operation. In the event of unscheduled maintenance, the service box permits removal of the mixer from the digester while minimizing gas leaks. I t also has an
inspection porthole for checking the mixer at regular intervals.

Applications:
Intended for use in biogas plants with membrane closure digesters: this structure makes it possible to install mixers inside digesters and then remove them without losing gas.
Description:
The BST150 version is designed to house the CS150 service cabin with relative TBM mixer. The BST150F version is closed above with a plate that permits the fitting of dedicated structures for housing AF flow accelerators.
A skirt below the opening hatch makes it possible to isolate the well for the removal and installation of a mixer without losing gas and without having to lower the pressure inside the membrane dome.
The structure’s wall fixing arms are adjustable to adapt to different digester diameters. The lower struts are adjustable with hinges and spiders on the ends to simplify installation operations.
